The fine art institute of Universitas Kristen Maranatha, Indonesia organized an exhibition 'Pandemic Aesthetic' in November. The opening of the exhibition was held virtually. The organizers have sent me their kind invitation to participate.
Mankind's Fragile Heritage 2020 Exhibition in Moscow, Russia
The place of power in Bangladesh is the premises of Supreme Court of Bangladesh which is the highest court of Law in the country. The protest started when a monument of Lady Justice was erected by a local artist. Some religious hardliners held protest for months greeting the removal of the monument as it was said to amount to ‘idol worship’. It was demanded that the monument be destroyed. After months of protest, the Government then decided to restore the monument to a different location.
