Do you have a physical retail shop?

No! We are online based however, our warehouses exist in USA, Italy, Sweden, China and Bangladesh.

 

Do you ship Worldwide?

Yes, we ship Worldwide and we love our international customers!

 

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order but it would be more economical for you if you order multiple items of the same category.

 

What are your delivery charges?

The weight of your parcel determines the delivery charges and your delivery address. Our system will automatically calculate the delivery charge depending upon your location and variables of the products.

 

How can I pay for my order Online?

We tried to make payment as easy as possible for your convenience. There are various options like PayPal Express Checkout, Skrill, BitPay, BitCoin, AliPay. We also accept major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, AMEX.

We have a verified Business account and it is safest to use PayPal Express Checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an update with tracking code.

 

Is my payment information stored?

No! We never save your payment information. We offer SSL Encrypted Checkout for your safety. We only save your email address to send you Order updates and Offers.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It takes 2/3 weeks depending on the delivery option you have chosen. Tracking number will be provided.

 

Can my order be tracked once it has been shipped?

We provide you with a tracking number for every order you place. We really want to ensure that you receive your product in good condition. Tracking information is available 2 days after shipping.

 

What if something is out of stock?

It rarely happens that our products are out of stock. In account of this, you will receive a replacement or a full refund for that item within 2 business days.

 

What is your returns & refunds policy?

We accept returns only if any product purchased from our shop are returned unopened and unused within 7 days of purchase. Return address will be stated on parcel. Please be patient for refund to process.

 

Where are the products manufactured?

The products are mostly manufactured in USA, Sweden, Italy, China and Bangladesh.

 

Are all the products vegetarian friendly?

No, not all the products we sell are vegetarian friendly and we state on each product description if it is vegetarian friendly or not.

However we do not sell products that have been tested on animals. We are empathetic and do not support cruelty towards living beings. We also do not use chemicals that might cause harm while use.
